I have purchased a SENSA Water Purifier for Rs.18,000/- about two months back. Immediately after installing it started leaking and then remained out of order for more than one month as repair could not be arranged by Eureka Forbes. It has worked for two weeks now again it's Ultra violet light is flickering and it has gone out of order. Please arrange to replace the defective unit installed.
