Complaint Details
The new one supplied to me is not of the same colour which we preferred and that used to be supplied earlier. Requested to take back and supply one that used to be sold with earlier. Promised to take back and replace with the colour we expected. Receipt No.711 dt. 28.03.2011. Till date not attended to though promised several times. Informed senior executive in Bangalore Office as well. But so far no action taken. Request for immediate action to supply the right colour.
