Hello,

We have been using aquagaurd (model - Royal) from 2001. Every year me make an Annual service agreement with Eureka Forbes for servicing in December.
This year too we made the contact in Dec 2010 for three years.
Thereafter we bought Aquaguard Total Sensa in February 2011 details of which are provided below-

In-spite of being promised to adjust the annual service agreement amount no action is taken as of yet. The issue have been already notified to the is franchise office in April 2011.

Also, even we tried to discuss the issue with sales agent Mr. Pinaki Pal and the response was humiliating and unprofessional. It seems he was only interested to sell an unit and holds no responsibility not even guiding a customer in a proper way. However code of conduct is something organizationally company have to ensure.

We have been a customer of Eureka Forbes more than 10 years now and do expect to be treated professionally.

Please do ensure adequate action is taken and the issue is settled.
