Complaint Details
The above product was purchased and installed on 29.01.2011, and is still in warranty period. There was no service done till date.
The bottom part of the particulate filter was cracked all on a sudden on 27th May 2011 at 9PM, and a service request was raised to the help desk immediately through a voice message. On 28th May at 9:45 AM helpdesk contacted us to know the details and after registering the details gave us a docket no. (62383272). Follong this till date no one contacted us and resolved the problem inspite of several calls made from our end. This is an emergency requirement, and the service request was not addressed within the given SLA causing a severe problem for us.
