Complaint Details
I have purchased a eureka forbes water purifier from trade fair 2010, Pragti Maidan, New Delhi.
1. At the time of booking I was assured by sales executive Mr. Vinay Pandit (code 9046982)that if I book the water purifier in the trade fair then FREE LIFE TIME HOME SERVICE will be provided by the company. And this offer is valid for trade fair only.
2. At that assurance I have booked the water purifier at trade fair with some advance money (booking receipt no 301 023158 23rd Nov 2010 For Rs.100/-).
3. At the time of installation Mr. Pandit told me that free life time home service will be printed on receipt/bill which I will get from the company by courier.
4. When I received the bill there was no mention of free life time home service then I contacted Mr. Pandit , then he told me that I will get certificate/coupon from company within one month for the same.
5. When I did not received the certificate/coupon for the next two months then I called Mr. Pandit and he told me to wait for the same.
6. After calling many times Mr. pandit told me that I will get the certificate/coupon by courier soon. On 07th mar 2011 I received a courier from Eureka forbes in which one paper was there mentioning that I will get the free service if I will take the Purifier to the service center (same as printed in the user’s manual(Warranty) and available for all the customers).
7. When I contacted Mr. Pandit he cannot gave any satisfactory reply and started fighting.
In this regard I want to say that I may be given life time home service as promised in trade fair at the time of booking.
