An acquaguard water filter was supplied to the Cabinet Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore. It hardly worked for six months. System went out of order. Since then (6 months) we have been complaining to all the service personnel from highest to lowest level to get the system repaired. They have so far not bothered to repair the system. Great amount of inconvenience is caused to the staff working in Cabinet Secretariat. We must have made hundreds of phone calls. Therefore, we request that this complaint may be taken seriously and the company should be penalized, so that they will not repeat such callous attitude in future to any customer, besides asking them to get our system repaired. The system is installed in Room No. 319, 3rd Floor, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore-560001.
