I bought EurekaForbes Compact WaterPurifier. While selling SalesPerson Mr. Uttam Patil told me that i will get 2 servicing free along with 2 time filter replacement. Now once they have done it for free, second time asking for money.
First time also the technician Mr. Kadam asked for 600/- Rs for filter (actual cost was 300/-) when asked him why said warranty has expired. When asked for bill saying that we will go and talk to top Mgmt, he said do not worry i will manage from my side and did not take money. Kind of, doing favor to us while he was trying to cheat us. Good that my wife handled him intelligently. More over his behavior with my wife has been very rude. We did complaint about him as well but not sure what happened.
Then Mr. Shrikant had come to our house saying that he will try to resolve the issue. It has been around 2 months time and still it’s not resolved. They are keep saying its company's policy they will change only once. If sales person is cheating then is it company's fault or my fault. Please help to resolve this issue.
